The Nassau Hiking & Outdoor Club is involved with many activities including hiking, camping, walking, horseback riding, bicycling, picnicking, and just about anything that will broaden our knowledge and respect of nature.
Foothills Trail
Club - founded in 1962 by a few hikers and outdoors enthusiasts who
wanted to build a trail from Allegany State Park to Lake Ontario. Our trail is
called the Conservation Trail. It extends 177 miles from Pennsylvania to Niagara
Falls where it connects with Canada's Bruce Trail.
Finger Lakes Trail
Conference - a non-profit organization whose mission is to build,
protect, and enhance a continuous footpath across New York State.
Columbia Hiking Club is a voluntary club sport open to all Columbia affiliates. It organizes day hikes throughout the year to the various trails in the New York, New Jersey and Delaware area on Saturdays and Sundays.
