Rocky Waters Inn is directly on Parkway, the main road through Gatlinburg and is within an easy walk of the Ripley's Aquarium and other downtown attractions. 

Room 106 was clean, had 1 king bed, mini fridge, couch/hide-a-bed, coffee pot, microwave, alarm clock, table with 2 chairs. The room also had a private balcony over looking the river. There is also a pool on the second level, where most of the rooms are located, that overlooks both the river and Parkway, the main road through Gatlinburg.
